Business booms at Bukedea daily market after the closure of the cattle market

As a result of the deployment traders dealing in majorly foodstuffs found solace at Bukedea daily market.

Alfred Igune the chairperson LCIII Bukedea town council says they only allowed people vending food stuffs at the Bukedea daily market.

Some of the Vendors in Bukedea daily market says the customers were few in the market adding that a majority of the customers have a belief that prices of commodities are high.

However at the same market, hand washing points were put at the entrance of the market. Alfred Igune the chairman LCIII Bukedea town council said people easily accepted to wash their hands before entering the market.
